Commemorating International Women’s Day 2014
Today, people around the world are joining together to show their support for women’s equality. On this day, WFF celebrates current achievements and sets goals to work harder to achieve women’s equality.
TOGETHER WE MUST BREAK THE GLASS CEILING ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
Yesterday at a UN Event commemorating International Women’s Day, Hillary Clinton said, “Just as women’s rights are human rights, women’s progress is human progress. For all the achievements made, this is the big unfinished business of the 21st century.”
The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women starts on March 10th with the theme of “Equality for women is progress for all”.
